All personal information shared with a school counselor is confidential unless it involves:
1) Harming self or others
2) Abuse and/or neglect
3) If required to by law -**All school employees are listed as mandated reporters of child abuse and neglect in statute, Wis. Stat. § 48.981(2).

We seek to maintain high standards in meeting students’ needs and helping each student succeed in his/her academic, personal, and social life to encourage each student to reach their full potential.

We will develop programs, and work cooperatively with the school’s academic and vocational departments, administration, parents, and community, to advocate for each student to become a responsible citizen in the community.

We will advocate for job shadowing experiences, apprenticeships, and real-world experiences.

We will deliver our program to students individually, in small groups, and in classrooms through consultations and referrals to meet the WI State Standards for Professional School Counselors and additionally incorporate and utilize the framework of the American School Counselor Association model.
